Brief.
To design a 16 page brochure of my choice.
The brochure must include;

Important information about the event
-
Appropriate imagery
-
An article discussing a VIP at the festival.

A redesigned map of the site and timetable of the event.

Project Aims.

Throughout this project, I must aim to;

Demonstrate professional working methods that explore the creative process and its cycle.

Analyse contemporary editorial designs making links to personal creative development through critically evaluating my designs.

Create visual outcomes that embrace experimentation and creative exploration

Present and evaluate my final outcome to peers, and reflect on how effectively I have delivered the intended message to the audience using visuals.

Develop designs for tickets for the event.

Redesign or develop a website for the event.

Produce an array of merchandise for the chosen event.

Develop initial research and analysis editorial design.

Start initial generation of designs.

Spend reading week developing initial ideas and document all development in sketchbook along with annotations.

Group critique to review initial designs and research to get feedback on concepts and develop work further.
​
6th March 2017.

Development of designs and focus on finalizing composition.

Making sure balance and consistency throughout my final spreads.

Start on extension task, making sure that designs are consistent throughout development and annotated in sketchbook for WRL tutorials.

Finalize both brochure and extension tasks and prepare for final outcome presentation the following week to present to rest of group.

Test prints and create a mockup of final brochure and assets created for the event.

Present final work to peer and evaluate project in both sketchbook and PPD blog.
